PRIVACY POLICY
This policy explains what happens to your information when you buy from Kylie’s Cozy Corner or sign up to my emails. I’m a one-person business and I collect as little as I can get away with.
What I collect
When you place an order, your name, email address, billing address, and what you bought.
When you sign up for my newsletter, you provide your email address and your name if you give it.
When you send me a custom design brief, whatever you type into the form, plus any images you upload.
What I use it for
Sending you your files, replying to your questions, keeping records of orders for tax purposes, and — only if you’ve asked for it — sending you emails about new designs.
I don’t sell your information to anyone, ever.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to them and never touch my website — I can’t see your card number and neither can anyone else here.
Emails
My newsletter runs on Brevo. You have to confirm your subscription before I can send you anything, and every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you’re off the list immediately.
Cookies
My site uses cookies to remember what’s in your cart and keep you logged in. Without them the shop doesn’t work. Your browser settings can block them if you’d prefer.
Who else sees your information
Only the services that make the shop run: my web host, Stripe for payments, and Brevo for emails. Each of them only gets what they need to do their job.
How long I keep it
Order records are kept for seven years, because Australian tax law requires it. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Custom design briefs are kept while we’re working together and deleted afterwards if you’d like them gone.
Your information is yours
Email me any time to ask what I hold about you, correct anything that’s wrong, or have it deleted. I’ll sort it out within a few days.
Some records I have to keep even if you ask — completed order details, for tax reasons — but everything else can go.
Changes
If this policy changes I’ll update this page. It was last updated in August 2026.
