LICENCE


Every design sold by Kylie’s Cozy Corner comes with a commercial licence. Here’s exactly what that means.

What you can do

  • Make and sell unlimited finished physical products using this design
  • Sell at markets, craft fairs, your own website, Etsy, or on social media
  • Use the design on glass cans, tumblers, shirts and other physical items
  • Make items for yourself, for gifts, or for your business

There’s no cap on quantity and no extra fee once you’ve bought the file.

What you can’t do

  • Resell, share, gift, swap or redistribute the digital file in any form
  • Sell the design itself as a digital product, bundle or clipart set
  • Upload the file to print-on-demand platforms or design marketplaces
  • Claim the artwork as your own, or register it as a trademark
  • Use the design as a logo or brand identity


The short version: sell what you make with it, don’t sell or share the file itself.

The details

  • This licence is non-exclusive β€” the same design is licensed to other buyers
  • It is non-transferable and applies to the purchasing account only
  • All designs remain the copyright of Kylie’s Cozy Corner
  • No credit or attribution is required, though it’s always lovely to be tagged

Custom designs work differently. If you commission a design from me, it’s yours alone β€” I will never sell, license or reuse it for anyone else.
